Talk About It Tuesday: The Girl who Threw a Shoe at her Teacher

A former student sent me the above video.

He had good intentions, I guess. But all it really did was trigger the hell outta me.

So now y'all fittin to read a tangent.

This is how I know I am not able to go back to work-EVER!!!

For those of you who don't know, I used to work at a call center during the day and I also taught English Comp I & II at four college campuses at night and on weekends.

*That little girl would be from the privileged campus from the county where I don't currently reside.

*That little girl think she's hard cuz no no one ever chin checked her appropriately.

*That little girl DEFINITELY has CARPET IN HER CLASSROOM (we can see it), and we all know what that means 🙄.

*That little girl probably steals her grandmother's Xanax and goes to school high every day, and that's why her GPA is only a 1.7 at best.

Those who know my personal business, know what happened to me, and yes, someone who I used to love with all my heart put their hands on me, and I walked away.

But I don't know this little girl and could give nary a fuck about her.

So I'd open my classroom door and say call the police too.

However when the police did get there they'd have to arrest me cuz the little girl would've gotten snatched up by her Pantene conditioned hair (ps, that stuff stinks like an old whore, stop using it) and her face would've been slammed against every desk, chair, & podium until I finally stuck her bloodied face to the white board and she slid down to the carpet in an unconscious pile of cocky, uneducated, opioid and Ativan snorting white trash.

I'm fully aware I'd do time over this. Hence why I no longer teach.
